Indonesia

We offer free shipping on all orders in Indonesia. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. There will be a 1 day delay of the shipment being visible on your order status, because our partner ships the orders at the end of the day and shares the tracking info the day after.

Orders in and around Canggu, Bali will be sent with Gojek. Our shipping partner will contact you before sending the package to make sure that you are available to receive it.

EU

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above €120. For orders below €120, we have two shipping options available:

• €8 Express post (no insurance)
• €14 Registered post (with insurance)

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery. We ship from within the EU, so no import duties will be charged for countries that are part of the European Union.

Ireland

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above €120. For orders below €120, we have three delivery options available:

• Free pick up in Lusk, County Dublin
• €5 An Post next working day delivery (no tracking)
• €9,50 An Post next working day delivery (with tracking)

UK

We offer free insured shipping on orders over €120. For orders under €120, a €5 fee applies for Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

USA

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above $150 (USD). For orders below $150, we have two shipping options available:

• $14 Express post (no insurance)
• $18 Registered post (with insurance)

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order is final. This includes pre-orders.

Returns

We offer the following return options:

1. Size exchange – at no extra charge

2. Store credit – valid for 24 months, with a 5% bonus added to the amount

3. Monetary refund – full refund minus original shipping costs

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

• Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker fully intact and untampered with for hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns of swimwear without this protective liner.

• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns shipped after 14 days of approval will no longer be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we may issue store credit at our discretion, provided the item(s) meet all other return conditions (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
