Our business is trying hard to mediate some of the negative effects brought on by the pandemic. We are experiencing higher shipping rates than before causing a substantial increase in shipping rates.

Rates and lead times

Indonesia

All orders placed within Indonesia include free shipping regardless spending. We aim to dispatch orders within the same day or within one business day.

Australia & New Zealand

We offer free shipping on orders above USD 200 and anything below, a flat rate of USD 20 will apply. We aim to dispatch and process orders within 2 business days and allow for delivery to be between 7-10 business days.

USA & EU

We also offer free shipping on orders above USD 200 and anything below, a flat rate of USD 15 will apply. We aim to dispatch and process orders within 2 business days and allow for delivery to be between 7-10 days.

Rest of the World

We do also ship to the rest of the world, please send us an inquiry regarding your shipping address. We provide free shipping for orders over USD 200 and offer a flat rate of USD 20 for any orders below this threshold.

Returns

Policy

Sustainability is at the core of our mission as a company. We want to minimise our carbon footprint as much as possible and by doing so really urge you to consider your purchase before committing to it as we do not accept returns. We want nothing more than for you to adore your surf suit or any other products you purchase and not feel the need to return any item. Please consult the sizing chart whereby measurements are provided in order for you to find the perfect fit. If you have any questions regarding fit or anything related to the garment, do not hesitate to reach out, we are more than happy to help you out. Send us an e-mail or DM and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Exceptions

Bali

Customers in Bali can exchange their surf suit for a different size. Please message us before ordering via Instagram DM or e-mail, so we can advice you on which size to get. If it doesn't fit, we will offer you a free exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. You will need to Gojek the item to us at your own cost and we will send the new size within 2 business days upon receiving the item. The return policy below applies.

Faulty/damaged product

We do accept returns based on the following conditions;

You have received a faulty and/or damaged product. Request for a refund has been put through no longer than 14 days after receiving your order.

Return policy

All items must be returned in original condition including original packaging – unwashed, unworn and with damages noted within the return request. For hygienic reasons, all swimwear garments must be returned with their original hygiene sticker intact and untampered. We will not be accepting any products that don’t meet the criteria for returns. We aim to process all returns in Indonesia within 2 business days upon receipt of the package and for all other orders within 4 business days of receipt (you will be notified via email the status of your return). International orders outside of Indonesia are required to cover their own shipping costs and duties, taxes and VAT will not be refunded. All customers will be issued with store credit as we do not provide refunds. The credit will be issued via gift card and remain valid for the period of 6 months after being issued.
