Our eco-friendly and oh-so-cool handmade tote bag is the ultimate accessory for the conscious beach-goer. Our sustainability vision extends beyond surf wear and carries over into our accessories too.
The fabric for our tote bags is woven in Java and then sent to Bali where our talented and small team create the totes by hand. We keep our supply chain short and work with limited quantities, this means we won’t be restocking the totes once sold out and you’ll have a piece that is truly unique and exclusive.
Designed with the adventurous in mind, our tote bag is a must-have companion for your beach escapades and busy day-to-day life. With its internal zip pocket, you can keep all your essentials safe and secure while enjoying the sun, sand, and waves. Versatility is the name of the game, as it effortlessly transitions from beach bag to gym bag, to overnight bag when spontaneous adventure is calling.

Fabric & Garment Care
This fabric is made from 100% cotton. Completely regenerated from untreated cotton plants and reprocessed in order to be spun back into yarn.
The fabric texture is gained by using 1S size yarn giving it a more rustic look. The material used is very delicate therefore we recommend treating the product with care.
Colour variations, imperfections and natural defects in the fabric are a part of the garments’ unique beauty.
This piece is thoughtfully produced. Please ensure that you take extra care of your pieces when wearing, washing and storing.
We recommend only washing the bag when really necessary in order to ensure that the quality is preserved. Should you need to wash it, we recommend a cool cycle on it's own with mild or no detergent and lay flat to dry in a shaded and ventilated area.
To ensure your bag remains in original form, please store flat. This will prevent the shape from altering.

Rates and lead times
We ship from Indonesia & Europe
Indonesia
We offer free shipping on all orders in Indonesia. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days. There will be a 1 day delay of the shipment being visible on your order status, because our partner ships the orders at the end of the day and shares the tracking info the day after.
Orders in Bali will be sent with Gojek. Our shipping partner will contact you before sending the package to make sure that you are available to receive it.
EU
We offer free shipping on orders above €150. For orders below €150, a flat rate of €9 will apply. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. We ship from the EU, so no import duties will be charged.
Rest of the World
We offer free shipping on orders above $160 (USD). For orders below $160, a flat rate of $15 will apply. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Sometimes delivery can take longer than expected. If you need your order for a certain date, please let us know and we can check the best express shipping option available for your address.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed in our warehouse. This can take up to 4 business days.
The order status shows "Delivered", but I have not received it yet

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
We ship from Bali and the Netherlands. Customers in Indonesia and the EU will not be charged customs duties. Customs duties for international shipments vary by country. If you are charged customs duties, you will be responsible for paying them.
Delivery failure/Return to sender/Abandoned package
If a package cannot be delivered to the specified shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be held at the local distribution courier center for 30 days, after which it will either be returned to the sender (SunDaze Surf) at your expense or disposed of, depending on the couriers' rules and regulations. Costs of a returned package include shipping/duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If your package is discarded, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.
For international customers, if you refuse to accept your package, it will be returned to the sender (SunDaze Surf) at your expense. Cost includes shipping/duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If returned, the package will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be disposed of. If your package is discarded, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.
Returns
Although we hope you love your SunDaze items, there may be times when you need to return something to us. We offer exchanges for full priced items or returns for store credit only.
