Rates and lead times

Indonesia

We offer free shipping on all orders in Indonesia. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Orders in Bali will be sent with Gojek. Our shipping partner will contact you before sending the package to make sure that you are available to receive it.

Australia & New Zealand

We offer free shipping on orders above $250 (AUD). For orders below $250, a flat rate of $25 will apply. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

USA & Canada

We offer free shipping on orders above $160 (USD). For orders below $160, a flat rate of $15 will apply. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

EU

We offer free shipping on orders above €150. For orders below €150, a flat rate of €15 will apply. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

Rest of the World

If you live outside any of these countries and would like to get your hands on a pair of SunDaze swimmers, please send us an inquiry with your shipping address and what you’d like to order. We provide free shipping for orders over $160 (USD). For orders below $160, a flat rate of $20 will apply.

*Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in these costs and SunDaze takes no responsibility for extra costs incurred.

Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.

Returns

We want nothing more than for you to adore your surf suit or any other products you purchase from us and not feel the need to return any item. Please consult the sizing chart whereby measurements are provided in order for you to find the perfect fit. If you have any questions regarding fit or anything related to the garment, do not hesitate to reach out, we are more than happy to help. Send us an e-mail or DM and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Returns

Although we hope you love your SunDaze items, there may be times when you need to return something to us. We offer exchanges for full priced items or returns for store credit only. The credit will be issued via gift card and remain valid for the period of 6 months after being issued.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, including in the original packaging. For hygienic reasons, all swimwear garments must be returned with their original hygiene sticker intact and untampered. We will not be accepting any products that don’t meet the criteria for returns. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the delivery date of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend to ship with a  trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Exemptions

We are unable to offer exchanges and store credit for the following items:

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
- Gift cards

Only customers in Bali are able to exchange sale items.

Faulty items

If you need help with any faulty SunDaze items, please drop our team an email at hello@sundazesurf.com before you plan to return your item as we should be able to resolve any issues a little quicker for you this way. The faulty item must be returned in original condition including original packaging – unwashed, unworn and with damages noted within the return request. Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
