Import Duties & Taxes

– Customers in Indonesia and the EU will not be charged customs duties

– International customers: duties, tariffs and/or taxes may apply depending on your country, and are the customer’s responsibility

– Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance

– If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the parcel is returned to us, all shipping costs (both ways) and any fees will be deducted from your refund. If the parcel is discarded by customs or the courier, no refund will be issued

Tracking

– Tracking is provided for all orders, unless specified otherwise (e.g., some P.O. Box shipments)

– Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped

Order Cancellations

– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

– After 24 hours, the order is final (including pre-orders)

Returns & Exchanges

Although we hope you love your SunDaze pieces, we understand there may be times when you’d like to return something. We offer the following return options:

– Size exchange – no extra charge

– Store credit – valid for 24 months, with a 5% bonus added

– Refund – full refund of the product price, minus the original shipping costs

Return shipping is not covered by us.

Return Conditions

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact

– Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact

– Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

– Returns shipped after 14 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion

– Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exemptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

– Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 20% or more

– Final sale items

– Purchases from trunk shows, pop-ups, or retail partners

– Pre-loved items

– Gift cards

– Giveaway prizes

– Orders placed from the U.S. (we do not accept U.S. returns due to high international shipping and duties)

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@sundazesurf.com before returning. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and returned in original condition.

Delivery Failure / Return to Sender / Abandoned Packages 🚚

– If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or phone number, the courier will hold it for a limited time according to their policy

– After this, it may be returned at your expense (shipping/duties will be deducted from refund) or discarded

– Discarded packages are not eligible for refund or replacement

– If you refuse to accept a package, return costs (including duties) will be deducted from any refund

– Please note: carriers have their own rules for handling failed deliveries, and we must follow their process
