Rates and lead times

We ship from Bali & Ireland on business days.

Please note the national holidays for Bali here and the public holidays for Ireland here.

Indonesia

We offer free shipping on all orders in Indonesia. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. There will be a 1 day delay of the shipment being visible on your order status, because our partner ships the orders at the end of the day and shares the tracking info the day after.

Orders in and around Canggu, Bali will be sent with Gojek. Our shipping partner will contact you before sending the package to make sure that you are available to receive it.

EU

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above €150. For orders below €150, we have two shipping options available:

- €9 Express post (no insurance)

- €14 Registered post (with insurance)

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery. We ship from within the EU, so no import duties will be charged for countries that are part of the European Union.

Ireland

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above €150. For orders below €150, we have three delivery options available:

- Free pick up in Lusk, County Dublin

- €5 An Post next working day delivery (no tracking)

- €9,50 An Post next working day delivery (with tracking)

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4 business days. We ship domestically, so no import duties will be charged.

USA

We offer free shipping with insurance on orders above $160 (USD). For orders below $160, we have two shipping options available:

- $15 Express post (no insurance)

- $19 Registered post (with insurance)

We offer free shipping on orders above €150. For orders below €150, we charge a flat rate of €15. We ship with registered post and your order is insured.

Sometimes delivery can take longer than expected, especially for more remote locations. If you need your order for a certain date, please let us know and we can check the best express shipping option available for your address.

*Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in these costs and SunDaze takes no responsibility for extra costs incurred.

Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders, unless specified otherwise.

Please note that we may not always be able to provide tracking numbers for shipments to P.O. Boxes, as shipping options for these addresses are limited.

Where can I find the tracking number?

Once the product has been shipped, we will notify you via your registered email address.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed in our warehouse. This can take up to 4 business days.

My package seems to be stuck in the post, what should I do?

If your order was shipped with An Post and it has arrived in the destination country, you can track it on the website of the national postal service. If it doesn't show up there either, please contact us at hello@sundazesurf.com.

The order status shows "Delivered", but I have not received it yet

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

We ship from Bali and Ireland. Customers in Indonesia and the EU will not be charged customs duties. Customs duties for international shipments vary by country. If you are charged customs duties, you will be responsible for paying them.

Delivery failure/Return to sender/Abandoned package

If a package cannot be delivered to the specified shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be held at the local distribution courier center for 30 days, after which it will either be returned to the sender (SunDaze Surf) at your expense or disposed of, depending on the couriers' rules and regulations. Costs of a returned package include shipping/duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If your package is discarded, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.

For international customers, if you refuse to accept your package, it will be returned to the sender (SunDaze Surf) at your expense. Cost includes shipping/duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If returned, the package will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be disposed of. If your package is discarded, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.

Returns

Although we hope you love your SunDaze pieces, we understand there may be times when you’d like to return something. We offer the following return options:


1. Size exchange - exchange for a different size at no additional charge;

2. Store credit – a gift card valid for 24 months from the date of issue with a 5% bonus added to the amount;

3. Monetary refund – a full refund of the product price, minus the original shipping cost we covered to send the package to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll process the return option of your choice.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:


- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

- Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker fully intact and untampered with for hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns of swimwear without this protective liner.

- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exemptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 20% or more
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop, or through one of our retail partners
- Pre-loved items
- Gift cards
- Giveaway prizes

Some exceptions may apply for customers within the European Union to comply with EU consumer protection regulations.

Pre-order items

Some products are available for pre-order before they are in stock or officially released. When you place a pre-order, the estimated wait time will be provided on the product page. We will send email updates as your order progresses and notify you once it has shipped.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is final and can no longer be canceled.

Please note:

- Pre-orders are eligible only for exchanges or returns for store credit

- Some exceptions may apply for customers within the European Union to comply with EU consumer protection regulations

Faulty items

If something’s not quite right, we want to make it right. Please email hello@sundazesurf.com before sending back any faulty items — we may be able to resolve things more quickly that way.

Faulty items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging), with damages noted in your return request. Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
