We put surfing first, always, but what our girls take home is rarely just a better pop-up. Hey girlies! I'm so stoked to be hosting retreats and finally getting to meet you in person. SunDaze is a growing online community, but connecting face to face is something I truly miss and retreats are the perfect way to do that.
We've been getting so many requests to host more retreats in beautiful locations around the world, so here we are! Expect an incredible week full of surf, yoga, female connection, self care and most importantly: fun. We put so much love into organising every detail, and I hope to see you there. 🩵

Hey girlies, I'm Britt co-host and yoga instructor of the retreats. A few years ago I decided to really go for it and started living my dream: traveling the world and surf. Since then, I've chased waves in some pretty magical places, but what I love most is bringing you girls together and creating a week with so much joy, love, good conversations and connection. For me, surfing and yoga have always gone hand in hand, which is exactly why I did my yoga teacher training. Can't wait to share some waves or morning stretches with you.
