Top 3 Surf apps
There is no one size fits all even with surfing and checking out what the waves are up to. Sometimes forecasts say one thing and then you end up getting ready for a Sesh only to be left a little disappointed by what is in front of you. Here are some of our recommendations and some of the apps we like to use the most.
We have to say, this might be our most used app. If you have an Apple Watch or any other smart type watches, you can actually download the app and instantly turn your watch into a surf watch. You can track your wave count, duration, tide chart and so much more. It is really ideal and the perfect tool to keep track of progression.
Another app that many people have a love and hate relationship with, is Magic Seaweed. The accuracy is sometimes debatable, but has definitely come in handy multiple times. It’s not the best and it’s not free to use (some features are) however the hassle is never too much.
Surf Forecast is the most reliable website to check the swell if you ask us. It's nothing fancy, but does the job! The information provided is detailed and mostly accurate, which is what counts.
See you out there in the line-up!
